Not much is known about Wallop yet, except that he is a musical drum.
In Mission 5 (Pop Goes the GooGoo), if you click Buster Bumblechops' cupboard then you will see a notepad. If you click the notepad, you will see a blue silhouette of a Wallop with a question mark over him. The note says that his suspected location is Thwack Boom Valley. When you click the exit button on the notebook,Buster Bumblechops says "Oh yes! I am currently tracking that Moshling. But no time for that right now!"
